Texas Settlement

The Spanish, Mexican, and Anglo settled into Texas in 1718,1749, and 1779. They all used farming to survive, but in the winter they used hunting and gathering. They settled because they had finally found some unexpensive land and it had a wide veriety of space. Even though the soilders, preists, and farmers loved their land they had some problems. Some of the problems was the settlement in texas was not popular and the rode from the interior of mexico was a hard one. The First three cities they settled in were San Antonio, LaBahia, and Nacogdoches.
